1¡¢ First assemble the frame shown in the figure and connect them with screws in the corner.
2¡¢ Put the assembled frame into the hole, adjust it horizontally and vertically.
3¡¢ The frame with expansion bolts or screws fixed (expansion bolts or screws position away from the corners of 180mm, the middle pitch ¡Ü 500mm) and cover the doors baffle.
4¡¢ As a reference to the axis of the top shaft perpendicular to the shaft bearing center and a fixed axis. (Box-type places shafts out of the ground with length being 170mm, width 120mm, depth 55mm rectangular pit and pouring mortar cement dried, the next step).
5¡¢ Install doors.First release on the doors of the anti-theft card bit screws. Coat with a lubricating grease in the bearing of the earth's axis before installing doors, making the door switch freely, and to increase the service life.
6¡¢ With a wrench, adjust the upper shaft, the fan axis making the door clearance fit around the same frame.(Specifically: adjust the fan SHCS lower shaft clockwise to adjust the doors up counterclockwise regulation doors down)
7¡¢ Tighten the anti-theft screws.
8¡¢ Install door closers, adjust the switching speed of the door leaf. (See closed doors installation instructions)
9¡¢The installation is now complete.
